French Onion Cheeseburgers

I season my patties with garlic powder, hint of salt, and black pepper.

Serves 4 people

  • 4 Frozen Hamburger Patties
  • Optional (black pepper, garlic powder, and a hint of salt to season the patties).
  • 1 Can (10.5 oz) French Onion Soup
  • 4 slices of American Cheese
  • French's French Fried Onions Cheddar


  1. Place frozen (seasoned) patties on a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties until browned flipping several times until almost done. Set patties aside. Pour off fat.

  2. Add soup. Heat to a boil. Return patties to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until the patties or no longer pink (160 F).

  3. Place cheese on patties and cook until cheese is melted. Place patties on a plate and sprinkle with French’s French Fried Onions.
