- 2T sugar
- 2T shortening
- 11/4 tsp salt
- 11/4 tsp yeast
- 11/4 c water (heat 1min in micro)
- 33/4 c bread flour whole wheat(Zehrs)
- If you want a bit lighter, substitute 1/2 cup white bread flour from above.
- Bake on whole wheat cycle
