Breakfast power smoothie

Ingredients

  • 20g porridge oats
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 tsp stringy bark honey
  • 1 heaped tbsp wholemilk yogurt
  • 300ml full-fat milk
  • 8 ice cubes
  • few mixed seeds

Directions

  1. Blend the oats, banana, honey, yogurt, milk and ice until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, top with the seeds and serve.
