Butter and Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Stand mixer, hand mixer, food processor, blender, or even a mason jar

Directions

  1. beat until separates and butter is basically stuck to beaters.

  2. Pour off and store buttermilk in fridge.

  3. Rinse butter

  4. wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge.

  5. Will splash a LOT when mixture starts to separate.
