Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 1/2lb Spaghetti
  • 2TB Butter
  • 1lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2tsp Pepper
  • 1 8oz package sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 tub Philadelphia Original Cooking Creme
  • 1 cup frozen Peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  2. Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken and pepper and cook 4 min, until chicken is no longer pink.

  3. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir 5 min. Add cooking creme and peas. Cook and stir 5 min.

  4. Add chicken mixture to spaghetti with 3TB Parmesan cheese. Top with remaining 1TB of cheese.
