Crock Pot Taco Soup

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can White or Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Rotel with chilis
  • 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 4oz can green chilis
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning mix
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
  • 1 lb shredded chicken or ground turkey/beef

Directions

  1. Cook meat and drain. Shred if needed.

  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot.

  3. DO NOT DRAIN CANS.

  4. Cook on high 2 hours or low 4 hours.
