Bacon Cream Cheese & Cheesy Dip

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream w/chives
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (mild or medium cheddar... or your choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese (4oz)
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon Bits (real)
  • 1 bunch of Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red peppers
  • 12-16oz Baguette's
  • 2 Tbsp diced Jalapeno's (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine Sour cream, Cheese, Cream Cheese, Bacon Bits, Green Onions, seasonings in a small crockpot set on HIGH (fills football 1/2 way – double it to fill).

  2. Stir crockpot with rubber spatula, leave on high for about 60 minutes, then move to warm.

  3. Prepare (bake), or pre-baked baguettes by placing them into a serving dish/bowl.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy the yummy goodness.
