Gnocchi with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 400g gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • rocket leaves, to serve

Directions

  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Tip in the gnocchi and bring the water back to the boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, when the gnocchi float they are cooked. Drain well.

  2. Divide the gnocchi between 2 bowls and drizzle with olive oil. Season, sprinkle over the Parmesan and top with rocket leaves to serve.
