Crackers

For the dehydrator

Ingredients

  • 2 cup ground flax
  • 1 1/2 cup of seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon herbs
  • 2 2/3 cups water
  • Tomatoes garlic onion etc for flavour

Directions

  1. Use enough of the water to soak the flax for 24 hrs. Add the rest of the water when other ingredients are added

  2. Seeds should be pretty soaked but no need to dry before using.

  3. Mix everything together in a bowl after soaking

  4. Line dehydrator trays and spread mixture thinly on trays

  5. Dehydrate 12-24 hours
