Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and garlic salt. Add hash browns and Cheddar cheese and mix well.

  2. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

  3. Top with Parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
