Panettone Romeo and Juliet

Ingredients

  • 1 Bauducco Paetone
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 jar guava marmalade

Directions

  1. Cur Bauducco Panettone in half vertically. After that, support each half and cut into slices approx. 1/2 inch thick horizontally. Spread the guava marmalade on the surface of the slices and then spread gently, the cream cheese. Place slices on a baking sheet and bake for five minutes. Watch carefully so cream cheese and guava marmalade do not melt too much. Serve warm.
