Homemade kind bar

Ingredients

  • 1 c -Almonds
  • 1/2 c- sunflower seeds (i used raw ones)
  • 1/2 c- raisins
  • 1/3 c- coconut shreds/flakes
  • 1/4 c pumpkins seeds
  • 2 T chia seeds (if you dont have these, sesame will work)
  • 1/4 T real salt
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 1/3 cup melted real butter

Directions

  1. I pulsed my almonds and sun flower seeds so they were chopped (not ground) put them in a large bowl with the remaining ingred. mix together and pressed down in my greased pyrx dish.

  2. BAKE 325 for 20-25 minutes Let them cool in the frig

  3. these need to be refrig. in an air tight container. Also can be frozen for several months
