No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flaxseed, oatmeal and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Pour coconut flakes into a small bowl.
  3. Shape honey mixture into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and roll in coconut flakes.
  4. Chill until firm.
  5. makes 20 pieces
