Honey Orange Marinated Salmon

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 Lb. salmon fillets


  1. Combine honey, orange juice, soy sauce, onions, olive oil, apple juice and ginger root in a large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning several times.
  4. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8 by 8 inch baking dish with foil; coat foil with olive oil.
  5. Drain and discard marinade.
  6. Place salmon in baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
