(from Lucianolinda’s recipe box)

I converted some measurements to ounces, as close as I can. If you have gram measuring spoons and cups by all means use them.

Ingredients

  • 225 gr plain flour (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 gr caster sugar ( about 5 1/4 oz. or 2/3 cup)
  • 100 gr unsalted butter, melted (3 1/2 oz.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 gr yogurt ( about 4 1/2 oz.)
  • 125 gr milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 gr frozen blueberries, tossed with 1 tbsp flour
  • 75 gr white chocolate, coarsely chopped ( about 3 oz.)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (375 F.) and prepare a loaf pan/baking pan/muffin pans. Sift together plain flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together liquid ingredients in another bowl.

  2. Make a hole in the center of dry ingredients, then add the liquids. Stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Fold in blueberries and white chocolate.

  3. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes if you are using one big pan, or around 30 minutes for muffins.
