Vanilla Ice Cream – No Machine

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 14oz. eagle brand milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Eagle Brand and vanilla. Fold in liquid whipping cream(do not whip).
  2. Pour into freezer container (like a 9×5 inch loaf pan). Cover tightly. Freeze minimum of 6 hours. Just leave it until it freezes.
  3. Variation: Add fruit and/ or nuts. Swirl fudge sauce into it before freezing.
