Honey Lemon-Marinated Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic raw honey
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon oil, vegetable
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 organic chicken breasts, skinless

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except chicken) and mix well. Marinate chicken in honey-lemon mixture 1 hour in

  2. shallow baking dish.

  3. eat oven to 325.

  4. Cover dish, bake chicken about 1 hour, brush with pan drippings half way through, or until juices run clear. If desired, bring marinade to a boil; simmer 2 minutes. Strain hot marinade over chicken

  5. Or bake 450 for 25 minutes to brown more.

  6. Chicken should be 150 degrees inside.
