Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves, plus whole leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine blueberries, banana, yogurt, orange juice, ice cubes, lemon juice and mint in a blender jar. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
