Cloud Bread

Low-carb. , lo-cal.) Actually feels like a cloud in your mouth. Needs just a touch of seasoning such as salt, garlic powder, or black pepper. Just my opinion.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp. cottage cheese, ( whole milk)
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener

Directions

  1. Separate eggs carefully. In one bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener.
  2. In a second bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peas form. Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Generously spray a baking sheet with oil. Using a large spoon, place mixture into large rounds on baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool completely. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
