5 minute Fudge Wreath

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 9 oz. peanut butter morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. chopped nuts (opt.)
  • Candied red and green cherries, for garnish
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Place a heavy pot on the stove and preheat it over low heat. Add chocolate and peanut butter morsels and milk; stir until morsels are melted and milk is combined. ( save empty milk can). Stir in vanilla and remove fudge from heat. If using nuts, stir in immediately.
  2. Line round cake pan with plastic wrap and lightly coat with cooking spray. Cover empty condensed milk can with plastic wrap., place in center of cake pan. Spoon the fudge into pan around can, be sure to keep can in center if it drifts.
  3. Fudge will set up quickly. Garnish must be added quickly using cut cherries to look lie holly. Can use sprinkles if desired. Chill cover in refrigerator. Remove the can from center, remove plastic wrap after turning fudge onto decorative plate. Cover.
  4. Variations: use mint or butterscotch morsels in place of peanut butter for different flavors.
