Cilantro chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro (Dhania leaves)
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 1/2 tbs tamarind paste
  • 2 tbs blanched peanuts
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup water (approx)

Directions

  1. Discard the ends of the cilantro leaves and wash the rest thoroughly

  2. Cut the leaves coarsely

  3. Grind everything until the mixture is smooth

  4. Adjust water and salt to taste
