Chocolate Easter crackle cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 x 54g Mars bars, chopped
  • 3 tbsp single cream
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, sifted
  • 150g Rice Krispies
  • 20 Mini Eggs

Directions

  1. Melt the Mars bars, single cream and cocoa powder in a bowl over a pan of just-simmering water. Stir until smooth, then set aside.

  2. Put the Rice Krispies in a large bowl, add the chocolate mixture and stir well with a wooden spoon until combined. Using a teaspoon, divide the mixture between 20 fairy cake cases, filling each one quite full. While they are still warm, press a Mini Egg into each one. Pop in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
