Two Minute Hawaiian Pie

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes or 1 lg. box coconut or vanilla
  • pudding mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 9-10 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 8 oz. can pineapple slices
  • 8 maraschino cherries or more
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 8 oz. container cool whip

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and sour cream; mix well.
  2. Fold-in 1//2 the container of cool whip. Put mix into pie crust. Top with rest of cool whip.
  3. Drain pineapple slices and arrange on top of pie. Sprinkle flaked coconut on top if pineapple, optional. Place cherries in center of pineapple rings, more if desired.
