Turkey-Macaroni Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. In saucep0an, slowly warm milk and butter until butter is melted. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour milk mixture into turkey mixture, stirring constantly. Turn into a 2 1/2×8×3 1/2-inch loaf pan. Set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees, for 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted between center and outside edge comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand in pan of water 5 minutes; invert on platter.
