Ingredients
- 12 ounces fat-free, plain yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- 2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
Directions

In a blender or food processor puree all ingredients together.

Distribute evenly into 6 silicone muffins.

Or use a cookie press or ziploc bag with the corner cut off to make pretty shapes.

Freeze for 6 – 8 hours, or until firm.

Store in a freezer safe container.
