Pecan- Orange Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets (5 oz. each)
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients until blended.

  3. Place salmon in a greased 11×7-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over salmon; sprinkle with pecans. Bake salmon, uncovered, 15-18 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
