Tuna Salad

Good to take to work for lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 6oz can of tuna
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 T minced red onion
  • 2 T sliced almonds
  • 2 t curry powder
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 1/4 t salt

Directions

  1. Mix all together. Serve on bread or lettuce or just eat alone.
