Mustard-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. center-cut salmon filets, cut into 4
  • portions
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Heat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil, then coat with cooking spray.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Spread evenly over salmon.
  4. Broil 5 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon is opaque in center. Serve with lemon wedges.
