Toasted Marshmallow Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut up
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsps. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-inch square baking pan.

  2. heat utter and chocolate in medium saucepan over medium-low heat until almost melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir until melted and smooth. Whisk in sugar and cocoa until blended (mixture will look grainy). Whisk in eggs one at a time. Whisk in vanilla. Whisk in flour until blended (batter will be thick). Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread in pan.

  3. Bake 15 minutes; sprinkle marshmallows over top. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with some moist crumbs attached and marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
