Meats are really very delicious and tasty food. People are eagerly looking for fresh and quality meats at every moment. Similarly, I am also looking for like this and suddenly found the Meatman store. Here I have found list of quality and fresh meats for all types. Their beef is totally fresh and also available at very reasonable price. Because of their best quality my cooking dish becomes delicious and also very tasty. Here I mention the details of my recipe which I made from their fresh and quality Beef.

Ingredients

  • 2 300-400g lamb mini roasts
  • 1 kg sweet potatoes
  • 50 g toasted almonds
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 200 ml milk
  • 300 g green beans
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 olive oil
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220ÂșC.
  2. Brush the lamb with olive oil and rub with garlic, rosemary and pepper. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in oven for 20-25 minutes for each 500g.
  3. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into squares. Cook them in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. Mash sweet potato with milk until smooth. Add almonds and spring onions.
  5. Cook green beans in boiling water for 1 minute.
  6. Slice lamb and serve with sweet potato mash and green beans.
