Paneer Parantha

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 1 cup flour
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Filling:
  • 1/4 bar Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)
  • Spices:
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Chili powder
  • Amchur
  • Fennel (Saunf) powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Make a smooth dough with flour, water and salt and keep it aside

  2. Shred paneer

  3. Mix all the spices according to taste

  4. Roll one ball of the dough to a small round

  5. Fill it with about 2 tbsp of the paneer filling and make it into a ball

  6. Roll the ball of filling stuffed dough gently into a round roti

  7. Cook it on the pan putting oil on both sides until thoroughly cooked
