Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 l. chicken tenders
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
  3. In a resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and paprika. Dip half chicken on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken and coat with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
