Grape Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ripe grapes
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Wash and stem grapes. Add water and cook until tender. Rub through sieve. Add sugar and cook until thick and clear. Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
  2. makes 3 (8 oz.) jars
