Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot pepper, chopped (no seed)
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped (no seed)
  • 6 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 bottle Certo

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil; cook at hard boil for 3 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Add Certo and put in jars; seal.
  2. makes about 10 half-pints
