Red Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Wash berries and crush in preserving kettle. Add sugar and cook quickly until thick and clear. Seal in clean hot jars.
  2. makes 3 (8oz.) jars
