Sherry Jelly

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3oz.) lemon-flavor gelatin
  • juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup Sherry

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 2/3 cups boiling water. Add fruit juices and sherry. Pour into 4 individual molds and chill until firm.
  2. Unmold and serve with cream.
