Tangerine- Cranberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) bag fresh or frozen whole cranberries
  • 1/3 cup dark- brown sugar
  • Zest and juice of 2 tangerines or 1 orange (about 1/3 cup)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a medium-size pan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. If too watery, simmer uncovered, for 5 minutes. If too watery, simmer uncovered until thick and jam-like. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
