Wine Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-flavored wine such as ruby or tawny port
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 bottle fruit pectin

Directions

  1. Mix wine and sugar in top part of double boiler. Put over boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove form heat and at once stir in pectin. Pour into 5 hot sterilized medium glasses. Seal.
