Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries, washed
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and cut into small dice
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 ro 20 minutes.
