Cranberry- Jalapeno Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped white onion
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients well. Refrigerate, covered, up to three weeks. Serve at room temperature as a garnish for pork or beef.
  2. makes 1 1/2 cups
