Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries, crushed medium
  • 4 medium size tart apples, chopped coarse
  • 1 large or 2 small oranges, grated fine
  • 4 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. (But can be kept for weeks in refrigerator)
  2. Serve as garnish with turkey or chicken and dressing
