Jasmine Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • salt (optional)

Directions

  1. Bring all ingredients to full boil, then simmer on lowest heat for 30 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Rest with lid another 10 minutes and serve.
