Tilapia with Savory Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 3 (4 to 6-oz.) tilapia filets
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and mustard until well blended. Place fish on a rimmed, foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle tilapia with salt and pepper; spread with herb butter mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until tilapia is opaque throughout. Garnish each plate with lemon wedges.
