Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 C Milk
  • 3/4 C Flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t salt

Directions

  1. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.

  2. Stir in milk.

  3. Sift dry ingredients—add to egg mixture.

  4. Drop batter into buttered griddle or pan.
