Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green bell pepper
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until begins to brown a little on top.
