Easy Chicken and Biscuits

I usually use Cream of Chicken instead of Potato

Cook time: 35 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken OR turkey
  • 1 pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuits (cut each biscuit into quarters)

Directions

  1. Mix soups, milk, poultry seasoning, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.

  2. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir.

  3. Arrange biscuits over chicken mixture. Bake 15 minutes more or until biscuits are golden.

  4. Tip: For 2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in 2-qt. saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink.
