Ingredients

  • Ketchup (a good quality like Heinz)
  • Prepared Horseradish (usually found in the dairy/refrigerated section of grocery in a small jar, be sure it is not the horseradish sauce that is usually with the condiments)
  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. I use a pint jar to make my Cocktail Sauce in as it keeps for a very long time in the refrigerator.

  2. Fill jar with ketchup about 2/3 way.

  3. Add several spoonfuls of the prepared horseradish.

  4. Mix. Add until you think there is enough and stir.

  5. Mix in about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

  6. There you go…Delicious Red Cocktail Sauce!
