Cream Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cans chili, no beans
  • corn chips

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, drain. Add all ingredients except corn chips. Simmer over low-medium heat until cheese is melted and everything is bubbly hot. Serve over con chips, or use as a dip.
