Lemonade Pie

I used low fat cream cheese, and fat free condensed milk as well as low fat whipped topping to cut the calories of this pie, but it is still rich and decadent.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup thawed lemonade ( or limeade) concentrate
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Yellow (or green) food coloring, optional
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Beat in lemonade concentrate, and food coloring if using. Fold in the whipped topping. Divide into the 2 crusts. Cover and refrigerate until set.
  2. Substitute limeade concentrate and green food coloring for limeade pie that tastes like key lime.

  3. if you divide the mixture in half before you add the concentrate, you can use half of each flavor, and make one of each.
