No-Cook Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Wash cranberries and discard any soft berries. In food processor, chop cranberries. Add preserves and marmalade and pulse just to combine.
  2. Serve as garnish form pork, or turkey.
  3. makes 2 1/3 cups
